Terms of Service

Who may use the service

Monster Network is for people who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not create an account. The service does not ask for a date of birth.

The service

Monster Network provides a member account, optional Node participation, Journey and Monster Score records, and internal reward accounting. Members can sign in with an email one-time code or with Google. Monster Network does not receive the member's Google password.

A Node participates only when the member enrolls a device and Node credentials are present. The service is not a VPN, a proxy, a bandwidth-sharing product, or a public web-scraping product. Features can change, be limited, or be unavailable. Monster Network does not promise uninterrupted operation.

Account responsibilities

You must use an email address you control, or a Google account you control. You are responsible for activity on your member account and for keeping access to that email address secure. Do not share one-time codes, session credentials, or Node credentials with others.

Rewards and MNDP

MNDP is an internal reward and accounting balance. In the current service it is not an on-chain token. Members do not receive an MNDP distribution to a blockchain wallet. MNDP cannot be transferred, traded, or withdrawn as cryptocurrency. It is not an investment and it is not a promise of profit. Monster Network does not state a cash value for it.

Not every Node earns a reward, and not every contribution earns a reward. Eligibility depends on the rules of the service at the time. Referral activity, Journey progress, and Monster Score are service records. They do not guarantee income.

Acceptable use

You may not use Monster Network to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, Nodes, credentials, or systems.
• Commit fraud or impersonate another person or member.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to compromise network or security controls.
• Abuse credentials or automate access in a way intended to bypass controls.
• Use the service for illegal activity.

Monster Network may suspend or deactivate an account that breaks these terms or puts the network at risk.

Account deletion

Members may start deletion on the web at monsternetwork.io/account-deletion without installing the Android app. The app path remains Settings → Delete account. Deletion deactivates the member and anonymizes profile fields. Nodes are deactivated and detached. Node credentials are revoked. An open pairing is cancelled where one exists.

Pending rewards, and available but unsettled rewards, are forfeited to the Network Reward Pool. Settled, finalized, or paid history is preserved. The ledger and records needed for security, accounting, referral integrity, and legal obligations may be retained. Deletion does not erase every record.
